Please note the form for Yellow Pages Sydney 2009 went out with the June edition of Contact. The closing date has been extended until 6th June, 2008.
If we have not received your entries by this stage, you will not be entered. In the past we have been very lenient with the dates, but this year we are unable to allow any further extensions beyond 6th June.

The nominations for the Josef Lederer Award for Excellence in Optometry are now open. This prestigious award recognises optometrists who have excelled in various spheres of professional endeavour - clinical, academic, administrative, political and more. If you know of someone whom you feel deserves the accolades of their peers, please arrange a nomination by calling Amy or Nicole at the OAA[NSW] office on (02) 9712 2199.
